Taking advantage of the atmosphere of Largo do Boticário, amid the Floresta da Tijuca, the event will have a series of interactive rituals to bring good energy to the new year and lots of live music to dance celebrating last year. Magnificent Cachaça, Praya Beer and food drinks, especially the Cod Cake of the house and Rice with Coco and Shrimp are among the options to taste throughout the event (drinks and food paid separately).

The Réveillon party starts at 8 pm on the 31st with closed menu. After the cabbage, comes the entrance: Carpaccio de Vieiras to Citric Mustard Sauce. The first dish is Pink Cameroon with Riso Pastine, and the second, Patagonian Lamb Carré with a Thousand Leaves of Mandioquinha. Following, Heart of Entrecôte to Port with Potato Purê with Black Truffles. Desserts will be served in a buffet scheme, varying between the classics known at Rubaiyat and the traditional desserts of the end of the year, such as handmade French toasts, walnut pie and rocambole, among others.
