Rio Réveillon 2026 celebrates the future and brings new attractions to the world's biggest New Year's Eve party

Promoted by the Prefeitura do Rio, through the Riotur, the Réveillon 2026 River reinforces its place as the largest New Year event on the planet. This time, the edge of Copacabana will have almost double the pyrotechnic ferries, ensuring the largest fireworks show ever held in the city. In addition, more than 70 musical attractions will animate the 13 stages spread throughout the neighborhoods of Rio to celebrate the arrival of 2026

The turn of the year in Rio will exalt the essence of the city: to celebrate. With 13 stages distributed across different regions, the event is consolidated as the largest musical festival in the country. Large names of Brazilian music will be part of the program.

In Copacabana, the Rio Stage, located opposite the Hotel Copacabana Palace, will receive Gilberto Gil, with special participation of Ney Matogrosso; Belo and Alcione; in addition to João Gomes, who will have the special participation of singer Iza, and Alok. DJ Cady opens the night, and the closure is on account of Nilópolis's Hummingbird-Flor.

Still in Copacabana, in the Samba Amstel Stage, at the time of Rua República do Peru, there will be Roberta Sá, Mart’nália, Diogo Nogueira and Feyjão shows with the Black Block. The opening will be with DJ Tamy, and the closing will be in charge of the Academics of Grande Rio.

In the stage Banco do Brasil Leme, dedicated to gospel music, in addition to the sets of DJ Marcelo Araújo, Midian Lima, Samuel Messias, Thalles Roberto and Thainá Gonçalves and the group Marcados, do Pagode.

In the SESC stage RJ Flamengo, there will be presentations by Joanna, Moacyr Luz and the Labor Samba, in addition to a Tribute to Raul Seixas. The United of Vila Isabel will be responsible for closing the party on site.

Already in the stage SESC RJ Piscinão de Ramos, go up to the stage Siri de Ramos, Sylvinho Blau Blau, Ana Petkovic, Mc Cacau, Balacobaco, with closure of the Empress Leopoldinense. In the SESC RJ Sepetiba Stage, Darlan, Tília, Juninho Thybau and Caju Pra Baixo perform, and the United of Tijuca closes the program.

In the Park Stage Madureira Amstel, the public confers shows of the Serrano Empire, Old Portela Guard, DJ Michell + Elite Black, Diniz Family, Sombrelinha with closure of Portela. In Penha Park, Michael Sullivan, Pure Batucaba, Thais Macedo, Dudu Nobre, and the Willow Academics close the party.

The SESC RJ West Park Stage will receive Pagodelas, Fróes, The Batuke 021 and Leandro Sapucahy, with closure of the First Mangueira Station. In the stage SESC RJ Ilha do Governador, we present Roda de Santa Rita, Arlindinho, União da Ilha, Mosquito, and the closure will be on behalf of the United of the Viradouro.

At the SESC RJ Pedra de Guaratiba Stage, the attractions are Alex Cohen, MC Bob Rum, Marina Júlia and Delcio Luiz, with the closure of the Tuiuti Paradise. At the Stage SESC RJ Paquetá will present Ryon Sax, the Fire and Passion block, Afromix, Marcos Santos, with closure of the Academics of Niterói.

At the SESC RJ Parque Realengo Stage, the program begins with DJ Rafael Nazareth, responsible for the opening and the intervals between the shows. Next, they perform Nego Álvaro, Nor of Tia Doca, Sambay, with closure of the feast by the Independent Youth of Father Miguel.

The event is held by SRCOM, one of the main agencies of brand experience and live marketing of Brazil, which signs the production of the turn for the 18th year, under the direction of the partners Sheila Roza, Abel Gomes, Paulo César Ferreira and Nelson Adam.

The 2026 edition will bring remarkable novelties, such as 19 ferries along the waterfront, in an unprecedented project that will illuminate the sky of Copacabana with the biggest pyrotechnic spectacle ever held in Rio. To accompany the fireworks show, a special and exciting soundtrack is being created. The audience will also see new visual dimensions, with more technology, new designs and a drone show that symbolizes the coming of the future.

Another high point is the commitment to sustainability, which transforms Rio Réveillon 2026 into an ESG turn, with responsible practices for a better future.

As in previous editions, the event in Copacabana will be broadcast throughout the country by TV Globo.

The Ministry of Culture and Petrobras present the Rio Réveillon 2026, with master sponsorship from Banco do Brasil and Betano, Amstel as official beer, cultural support from SESC RJ, sponsorship from Águas do Rio, media partnership from TV Globo, Radio Globo, Billboard, Eletromidia and On Bus. Creation and production of SRCOM and realization of the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro, through the Riotur. The project, via the Law of Incentive to Culture, is a realization of the Ministry of Culture and Federal Government.
