Oscar Night in Rio: check out places to accompany the biggest film awards

Rio is in the mood for the world's biggest film awards this weekend. On Sunday, March 15, city bars and cinemas will broadcast the Oscar ceremony live, gathering seventh-art fans to accompany each category and, of course, cheer for the nominated Brazilians.

These spaces will count on special schedules to turn the evening into a true celebration of cinema, with screens, thematic decoration and even awards balls.

One of the traditional points to accompany the ceremony is the NET Rio Station. The circuit will display live and free broadcast in its five cinemas. Tickets can be withdrawn at the site from 6:00 p.m. on the day of the event, subject to loading. In addition, at 3:00 p.m., there is a contest of lookalikes by actor Wagner Moura, who competes in the category of best actor for living Professor Marcelo in the film The Secret Agent.

Another option is the Cine Botequim, Who, from 5:00 p.m., promises a lively evening for the film crew. The space will enter the atmosphere of the award with thematic decoration, pool for betting on the winners and even a special snack during the broadcast.

In Copacabana, the bar Immortals prepares a special schedule for those who want to attend the ceremony in a party atmosphere, starting at 7pm. The house will be broadcast from the event, double drinks and a theme cocktail inspired by Hollywood's most glamorous night.

Already in Meza Bar, the award will be shown on screen, gathering the audience to accompany each announcement of the Academy and vibrate with the categories disputed. The event is scheduled to start at 6:00.

O Surreal also promises a night of cinema, celebration and fans in Brazil, with live broadcast of the awards, special drinks inspired by the film The Secret Agent and theme decoration to get into Oscar's evening mood.

With options spread across different neighborhoods of the city, the cariocas will have several meeting points to live together Oscar's expectation and excitement, on a night dedicated to cinema and the great stories of the screen.
