Rio has just won another thrilling tribute to Brazilian music: at the request of fans, the Kiosk Sand MPB He installed a statue of Black Gil, positioned next to his father, Gilberto Gil. The initiative seeks to eternalize, in Copacabana, the legacy of the artist and the strength of the culture that unites generations.
Located between Posts 2 and 3, opposite Copacabana Palace and very close to Gilberto Gil's house, the space is totally inspired by MPB. With wooden tables, panels that celebrate great names of Brazilian music and a relaxed climate, the kiosk has become a meeting place for those who want to enjoy animated afternoons with good music, snacks and drinks.
On the menu, a real tour of the Brazilian gastronomy: classics of traditional cuisine and dishes with seafood, always marked by a lot of flavor and Brazilianity. To complete, chopping, varied cocktails and the indispensable caipirinha refresh the sunny days of Copacabana.
