Blackinho da Serrinha invites Your Jorge to end period of parties in the Land of Samba

The party period at Samba Nelson Sergeant's Landing is ending and the last weekend will have weight attractions. With Dudu Nobre and Fundo de Quintal, on Friday (20), and Blackinho da Serrinha with Seu Jorge, on Saturday (21), the space in Praça Eleven closes the activities in the carnaval of 2026 with much samba, identity and artistic power.

This year, the stage has received about 40 artists with amazing shows promoted by Sesc RJ. The number should reach 50 names of samba and pagoda, after the great meeting of the musicians on Saturday.

“I am very happy to participate in the Terrareirão do Samba, in Rio, right after the Carnaval, at the invitation of the Black of Serrinha. We have a long history together, of more than two decades of partnership and friendship. Blackinho was already part of my band, we ran the world together at the time of the release of my album ‘Cru’, we continued to meet in music over the years and built songs that marked this trajectory. To share the stage with him in this context, celebrating samba in our house, is always special”, said His Jorge.

After more than two weeks of celebration, the weekend closes the space agenda with two nights that promise to gather tradition, nostalgia and contemporary successes in a celebration that crosses the dawn and reaffirms the force of samba as a cultural heritage of Rio.

On Friday (20), the singer Palito, recent revelation of the pagoda, opens the celebrations. The weight of the night will be given by the presence of Dudu Nobre and the Quintal Fund, two names that helped shape the history of the genre and that should blow up the public. To close, as if it were not enough, the Good Taste group promises to line up hits that pack samba wheels all over the country and leave everyone in catharsis.

Saturday (21) closes the Terreirão program with an intense sequence of great meetings and outstanding voices. The stage will receive figures such as Balacobaco, Leandro Sapucahy and Tiee, who make room for the great encounter: Blackie of the Serrinha invites His Jorge. In order not to let anyone tire, the final line still counts on Clareou and Pique Novo, ensuring that the public bid farewell with maximum energy and great memories.

The same weekend marks the end of the carnaval period in the city, with parade of the Mirins Schools and the Saturday of the Champions, respectively on February 20 and 21. The date symbolizes not only the closure of a program, but the celebration of everything that the Carnaval represents: encounter, diversity, affective memory and collective joy.
