Baródromo launches menu inspired by the plots of samba schools 2025

The Baródromo launches next week the new menu "carnavalizado", with snacks (Felipe Trotta and Fabiana Cândido) and thematic drinks (Thiago Teixeira) inspired by the sambas-enredos of 2025 of the Special Group schools, 12 in total (6 cocktails, 6 snacks).

That at the Barodrome is carnaval all year long, everybody knows. Now, from October 20th, lovers of the greatest show on earth will be able to delight and delight in the new menu of the carnaval bar at Maracanã. The house will present the plots that samba schools will take to the Avenue in 2025 of a different way: in the form of drinks and snacks, with the launch of the carnivaled menu.

It is the second year that the bar honors schools according to the plots of the special group and is already in the mouth of the people: it will become tradition!

The 12 schools of the Special Group will be represented by allegorical cocktails, created by mixologist Thiago Teixeira, or by thematic dishes, developed by Felipe Trotta and chef Fabiana Cândido, inspired by next year's plots. The first “technical test” on the menu takes place in next Sunday (20), from 12am, with S.E.R group samba-snack wheel.

Through the etylic-gastronomy catwalk of samba, the following associations will pass:

Willow:

ON THE BARODROME:

No Barodrome is carnaval all year, since 2015. The bar that honors the party of the people has recently turned nine years old, always with musical attractions, filling the street on weekends, with feijoada and samba wheel, as the classic of the S.E.R. Group (@sambaenredoeraiz), commanded by singer Igor Vianna. In addition to the traditional complete beans, served with rice, farofa, kale and orange (R$ 42, individual), the house still has vegan option: the Feijada Note Ten, with pumpkin, eggplant, sweet potato, carrot and zucchini (R$ 42, served with cabbage, rice, farofa and orange).

On the menu, there are several snacks and dishes with classic parade names and samba personalities. To drink, beer of bottle (600ml, from R$13, Brahma, to R$18, Heineken), caipirinhas and letter of "carnavalizadas" copyright drinks.

Born in Square Eleven, the house moved to Lapa in 2017 and closed in the pandemic. It reopened in the Maracanã neighborhood in 2021 and now, completing nine years of life, found its final address. Opened in 2015, the BARODROMO fell in the taste of lovers of the carnaval face, with its mixture of bohemian and homage to the history of the party. Decorated with photos, letters of entangled sambas, costumes, allegorical car parts and school shirts, the house is the bar of the carnaval. When drinking a beer, the frequenter still watches on television the old parades and hears in the samba-stuck sound boxes that marked history. The audience mixes with fans of the holiday with celebrities and workers of the Carnaval. It is very common to find carnivals, interpreters, directors of batteries, among others, at a table of the house. Whether for a beer with snacks named after parades or frequent the samba and samba-enredo wheels of the house, the BARODROMO is the greeting to our culture of the carnaval.
