Day 02/12 (Monday), National Samba Day, singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Arlindinhoo, son of Arlindo Cruz, is the Rat Allure.
Arlindinho, with more than ten years of career, is considered one of the great names of the new generation of samba and continues the formula of success already experienced by his father. Sponsored by Acyr Marques, the Sambista grew up in a strong musical environment and lived with great names of the phonographic industry, such as Zeca Pagodinho, Jorge Aragon, Fundo de Quintal and Xande de Pilares.
In 2022, Arlindinho released the album "My place". From this project, came the need to go back to the roots and create the project "Arlindinho das Antiques", which brings a rich repertoire with successes of the father, besides classics of great names of samba recorded until the 2000s. In the repertoire are "The show has to continue", "My place", "What is love", "SPC" and "It's still time to be happy".
