Gastronomic reference at Barra da Tijuca, Gabbiano Ristorante celebrates 17 years of history with a special programming week. The celebration begins on the 25th, with a four-way dinner commanded by chef Romano Fontanive, in front of the house, and by chef Ignacio Peixoto, of the Itsary restaurant.
The program brings together different gastronomic experiences throughout the week and celebrates the trajectory of the restaurant, which conquered a loyal clientele in the region.
At the opening dinner, Romano and Ignacio prepared a special menu in four stages. Among the highlights are the roast beef with chestnut cream, served as an antepaste; the tortellini stuffed with buffalo ricotta and Boursin goat cheese, accompanied by fonduta, beet pickles and chestnut farofa; and the rib Itsary, served with caraby puree and cress sprouts.
Finally, the menu brings the lemon Sgroppino, a drink typical of the Veneto region, as a pre-dessert, followed by Creaumosis, with creamy and chocolate and ice cream land.
Birthday schedule continues on 26th and 27th, with the traditional Harry's Bar Menu. On the 29th, the highlight is a special menu of gnocchi. Already on the 30th, the restaurant promotes a pizza night with cinema, with the display of an Italian classic in the lounge.
