Since 2018, the Orla Sabores Award has celebrated the richness and culinary creativity of the beaches of Rio de Janeiro, honoring the best dishes and snacks served in the kiosks of the city. From classics such as the baião of two to creations inspired by international cuisine, the award reflects the essence of the gastronomic culture of the Rio riverside.

The competition was divided into six categories: Star dish, Powder Pastel, King of the Snack, Master's Sanduba, Dessert of Dreams and Caipi of the Caipis.
