On Saturday (05/09), from 7.30 p.m. Theatre Rival Petrobras, in Cineland, receives Edu Krieger and Natalia Voss with the show “Verses and Versions: Life in Parody”. The presentation unites music and humor in a repertoire of parodys of successes of MPB and Brazilian pop.
The show addresses, in a humorous way, everyday situations and current themes, such as the routine of couples with children, work in home office, artificial intelligence, TV series, conflict between generations and issues such as homophobia, machismo, racism and cancellation on social networks. Politics also appears among the subjects explored by the duo.
Among the songs that win new versions are “Song of Ossanha”, “Palco”, “Reconvexo”, “Old Shoes”, “My Dear Friend”, “This Such Freedom” and “I Also Want to Kiss”. As the show is renewed at each performance, new parodys on recent subjects may arise during the show.
