Sambista Toninho Geraes takes the stage of the Rival Petrobras Theatre on December 3, at 7:30 p.m., to present “Reviravolta”, a show that celebrates his trajectory and highlights tracks of his latest work, “The love of poets”. The evening will also feature the participations of Alison Geraes, Alana Moraes and Chico Alves.
In the repertoire, Toninho revisits some of the compositions that marked his almost 40 years of career, such as “Women”, “Your swing”, “Samba warrior”, “Happy”, “Alma bohemia”, “If the line goes” and “Pay to see”. The public will also hear songs that start to circulate on samba wheels, among them “Reviravolta”, “A samba of longing”, “Beer of mermaid” and “Your Zé”.
