After enchanting more than 150,000 viewers in 2023 and traveling 15 cities on one of the largest musical tours in the country, the show "They Shine" is back on the Rio stage, in a special season at Teatro Claro Mais RJ. The show celebrates the trajectory of great women of music on a true journey in time.
Seven artists go on stage to honor female voices that marked times, from the Golden Age of Brazilian radio to current successes, with a production that combines music and audiovisual resources to recreate the climate of each period.
The repertoire includes classics by Aretha Franklin, Rita Lee, Tina Turner, Elis Regina, Dona Ivone Lara and Whitney Houston. There is also room for the sertanejo of Marília Mendonça and for contemporary voices that continue to illuminate the music scene, such as Anitta, Iza and Beyoncé.
Created by Frederico Reder and Marcos Nauer, "They Shine" is on display until 24/02.
