After circulating through Brazilian cities and accumulating nominations in some of the main awards of the national theater, the children’s musical “The Greatest Quintal do Mundo” returns to Rio for a new season at EcoVilla Ri Happy Theatre, at the Jardim Botânico.
After circulating through Brazilian cities and accumulating nominations in some of the main awards of the national theater, the children’s musical “The Greatest Quintal do Mundo” returns to Rio for a new season at EcoVilla Ri Happy Theatre, at the Jardim Botânico.
With the direction of Guilherme Quadrado and Luis Fernando Bruno and dramaturgy signed by Yke Leon, the piece dives into an imaginary backyard where simple objects, “unimportant” beings and small discoveries gain poetic dimension. On the scene, Yasmin Tozzi, Isabele Riccart, Guilherme Quadrado and Yke Leon conduct the narrative through music, games and images that dialogue with the inventive look characteristic of the work of Manoel de Barros.
The montage arrives indicated as Best Children's Show at the 20th APTR Theatre Award and adds three nominations to the 10th CBTIJ Award, including Best Performance for the actors Yke Leon — also playwright of the play — and Yasmin Tozzi, winner of the Cenym 2025 Award for Best Supporting Actress.
