This Sunday, the Heaven on Earth block performs its last open trial for the carnaval 2025, at the Advanced Foundry, at Lapa. This year, they will honor singer Rita Lee at her official parade. The rehearsal takes place from 11:00 to 3:00.
Founded in 2001, the block gathers thousands of fantasised foliages, packed by the traditional carnaval marches in Rio, on the charming streets of Santa Teresa. Packed by the Popular Sky Orchestra on Earth, the group presents a varied popular repertoire with original arrangements for breaths, percussions, voices and harmonies.
