The Eyes of Lion Nara celebrates the trajectory of Nara Leão, one of the great names of Brazilian music, at the Clara Nunes Theatre.
In the show, Zezé Polessa revives the artist in a musical solo that mixes theater and striking songs such as “The Band”, “Corcovado” and “It says I went there”. The assembly has the text and direction of Miguel Falabella and proposes a sensitive encounter with the singer, who symbolically returns to the stage to share memories, reflections and moments that cross Bossa Nova, the festivals of the song, Tropicalism and the period of military dictatorship.
Among memories and songs, the play revisits Nara's life and legacy, emphasizing her artistic freedom, cultural engagement and its importance in the history of music and Brazilian society.
