After a successful season in São Paulo, the show “Carmina Burana Ballet” arrives in Rio for performances in the Grande Sala da Art City. Inspired by Carl Orff's famous cantata, the montage mixes contemporary dance, body drama and technology, with the use of video mapping and immersive projections that broaden the visual narrative of the work.
Idealized by Vortice Dance Company (Portugal), with the direction and choreography of Cláudia Martins and Rafael Carriço, the show proposes an intense experience that unites tradition and contemporary language, addressing topics such as destiny, desire and human strength.
