SEED - Environment Week
Praça Mauá, 1 — Centro, Rio de Janeiro, CEP 20081-240

In 2024, SEEIA, Museu do Amanhã Environment Week, brings the theme Forest Trails. In a forest, all elements are connected, above and below the earth, in the waters and in the air. The living beings that are part of that ecosystem are always and somehow related to each other and to their habitat-community. Some cultures of humanity have distanced themselves from this integrality, but in practice we are part of the cycle and inhabitants of our common home, planet Earth. Even in the cities, there is and can be the experience of forestation, an affective relationship with the manifestations and possibilities of life, of nature, of ecosystem in an integral perspective.
"A vision of the world and a position before the differentiated existence, which places the idea of communion in place of the idea of dispute and competition", Says Ailton Krenak.
