On 26/10 (Saturday), Brazil's first samba school, G.R.E.S. Estácio de Sá, founded in 1927, invites the United of Tijuca to the Macarronada do Leão, in addition to the elimination of the contest Samba de Quadra Ismael Silva, on the school block, from 13h.

The event will also feature the cast show of Sá Stadium and the Gold Medal Battery and Swing Carioca. Don't lose!
The Samba de Quadra Ismael Silva contest is a contest held by Estácio de Sá, so that composers can present their songs. The theme is free.
Ismael Silva was a Sambist from Estácio who created the expression "samba school" and was responsible for the emergence of a new type of samba, with beats marked by percussion instruments. He composed a little over a hundred songs, mostly sambas, and few marches.
