On the 31st, from 20h to midnight, the seaside buffet gathers handmade bread, cheese, charcuterie, cured salmon, grilled asparagus and other entrees. In the main ones, lamb to the spice sauce, cod to the mill and porchetta with crispy skin, accompanied by puree of roots, roasted vegetables and lentil rice. Finally, desserts such as pistachio and raspberry entremet, tiramisù and fresh fruit.
