Prima Facie returns to Rio after a year with exhausted stocking, awards and debates. On the scene, she lives attorney Tessa, who has accused of sexual violence among her clients. Coming from a poor family, she fought and won in the complex world of law. At the same time as she experiences success, she needs to face a crisis that forces her to review a series of values and principles, in addition to reflecting on the judicial system, the female condition and the troubled relationships between various spheres of power.
With Prima Facie, Deborah Falabella won the Shell Prize for Best Actress, the APCA Award (São Paulo Association of Art Critics) for Best Theater Actress and the Archangel Award for Best Solo. In addition, the show received seven nominations for APTR Award: Best Show, Best Non-Musical Production, Actress (Debora Falabella), Direction (Yara de Novaes), Cenography (André Cortez), Lighting (Wagner Antonio) and Costume (Fabio Namatame)
