Saturday, February 15, is the open general rehearsal day of the Block of the Land. Famous for the mixture of popular culture references, especially in the Northeast of Brazil, with the traditions of the carnaval of Rio de Janeiro street, the block performs its essay in a space more than appropriate: the Nordestinas Tradition Fair, in São Cristóvão.
The rehearsal takes place from 3:30 on the Jackson Pandeiro stage. Whoever it is, you can check out the already famous leg wing and the percussion wing, block marks. At carnaval, Terreirada performs its official parade on Saturday, March 1, at Quinta da Boa Vista.
