The show New Peacetime Guidelines, from the playwright Bosco Brasil, enters the theater Dust, in Botafogo. The assembly is on display between April 30th and June 28th, with presentations from Thursday to Sunday.
Set in 1945, in the context of the end of World War II, the play follows the arrival of Polish immigrant Clausewitz at the port of Rio. In search of a new life, he is subjected to an interrogation conducted by Segismundo, customs officer who suspects his identity.
On stage, actors Eric Lenate and Fernando Billi bring life to the clash between the two characters. Without the necessary authorization to enter the country, Clausewitz needs to face a challenge proposed by the officer, which triggers a confrontation marked by memories, ethical dilemmas and post-war tensions.
