The MPB4 group returns to the stage of the Riachuelo Theatre on March 26 to celebrate six decades of trajectory, with the commemorative show “60 years of MPB”. The performance is part of the tour that revisits the history of the quartet and highlights tracks from the same name album.
With Miltinho and Achilles, remnants of the original formation, and musicians Dalmo Medeiros and Paulo Malaguti Pauleira, MPB4 promises a repertoire that mixes novelties and consecrated successes. Among the songs from the new album are Velas çadas (Ivan Lins and Vitor Martins), Paz e amor (Kleiton and Kledir Ramil), Angélica (Miltinho and Chico Buarque) and O cantor (Dori Caymmi and Nelson Motta).
The public can also remember classics that marked the trajectory of the group, as Amigo is for these things (Sílvio da Silva Júnior and Aldir Blanc) and Roda viva (Chico Buarque).
