With more than 60 years of career, MPB4 returns to the Rival Petrobras Theatre on January 31 with the show “MPB4 and Rival – The art of singing”. The show revisits striking moments of the group's trajectory in the theater, considered her home, and honors Angela Leal, responsible for opening the doors of the Rival for Brazilian Popular Music.
Formed by Miltinho, Aquiles Reis, Dalmo Medeiros and Paulo Malaguti Pauleira, the quartet presents a script based on live albums recorded on site, such as “The art of singing” (1995) and “MPB4 live – Best moments” (1999), besides recalling historical shows that marked the partnership between the group and the theater.
