A table on a table full of top musicians. The primacy of samba carioca is present to celebrate the worker. Under the leadership of the composer and singer Moacyr Luz, a timasse of instrumentalists sings classic “The Ronco da Cúíca” (João Bosco and Aldir Blanc), “Making Samba”, by Moacyr with Zeca Pagodinho, and “Inspiration Crazy”, by Moacyr with Wanderley Monteiro. The meeting always takes place in Clube Renaissance, a stronghold considered by those who understand the subject with barn of one of the best and most lively samba wheels in Rio. A meeting and resistance point, the stage of the struggle for the repair of the historical debt with the black people, in the Andaraí neighborhood. The opening of the gates takes place traditionally at 4:30 p.m. and samba begins to cheer up from 5 p.m. From the first sound of drums to chords of guitars, candies of artists who visit the site, the presentation of new talents and musical meetings of various rhythms. Almost 20 years old, the Labor Samba has recorded records and important music awards.
