Av. Infante Dom Henrique, 85 — Parque do Flamengo, Rio de Janeiro, CEP 20021-140
Formed in the 1990s, Interpol is a rock band from New York City and counts on Paul Banks (vocal, guitar), Daniel Kessler (guitar, vocals) and Sam Fogarino (drum).
The trio brings a sound full of bass lines and harmonious guitars, in the best post-punk style, being one of the groups associated with the independent music scene of the American city. Among its greatest successes, we can highlight the compositions “Evil”, “All The Rage Back Home” and “Obstacle 1”. The group has seven albums released. On this tour, which passes through Brazil in June 2024, they will honor the first two works, “Turn on the Black Lights” (2002) and “Antics” (2004). With more than 20 years of career, Interpol promises an unforgettable and energetic rock show.
