On Saturday (05/09), from 12 noon, the Clementine Quintal premieres in the Street of the Senate, in the Center, with a program dedicated to samba and crying. The inauguration of the new house brings together names of Rio music, with attractions such as Silvério Pontes, Banda Clementina and Galocantô, as well as special appearances.
The programming begins with the “I cry on the street” led by Silverio Pontes. Following, the Clementine Band, formed by Carlinhos 7 Cordas, Hudson Santos, Marcio Vanderlei and Rodrigo Reveles welcome Marina Iris, Marquinho Sathan and Nego Álvaro. The night ends with the samba wheel of the Galacanto.
Located in one of the traditional streets of Centro do Rio, Quintal da Clementina arrives to expand the cultural circuit of the region and create a new space dedicated to the music, memory and culture of samba carioca. The opening schedule continues on Sunday (06/09), eve of holiday, from 14h, with Pagoda da Gigi, Fruit of the Foot and Arlindinho.
