The Harmony Festival holds its fourth edition between August 28 and 30, at the Parque das Figueiras, at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, with a free program that brings together gastronomy, music, art, education, sustainability and creative economy. Over three days, the event will have gastronomic classes, tastings, gastronomy islands, musical performances, workshops and a small producers' fair.
In this edition, the six Brazilian biomes are the healing axis of the festival. In the gastronomic programming, the public can take part in classes conducted by chefs such as Erick Jacquin, Bel Coelho, Frédéric Monnier, Frédéric Jaunault, Rubens Gonçalo, Monique Houat, Monique Gabiatti, Julia Xavier, Gabriel Dutra, Regina Chelly and João Vieira.
The activities have ingredients and knowledge related to different Brazilian territories. Before preparation, participants know a little more about biomes and products used in recipes.
In addition to gastronomy, the Harmony Festival will have concerts by Roberta Sá, Toquinho, Leoni, Serjão Loroza, Rafael Sperduto and Orchestra Petrobras Symphony. The program also includes cultural activities, music and art workshops, educational actions and a small producers' fair.
