From June 5, the VillageMall Shopping Center at Barra da Tijuca receives the immersive exhibition “The Friends Experience”, inspired by the series that has conquered generations around the world. With carefully recreated scenarios, the show offers a nostalgic journey through the universe of American sitcom. It's the perfect chance to take pictures in iconic spaces and relive classic scenes — like Ross' famous “pivot!” on the stairs.
Among the highlights of the experience are Central Perk's orange sofa, the purple door to Monica and Rachel's apartment, Chandler and Joey's armchairs and other environments that marked the story of the six most beloved friends on TV. Shown between 1994 and 2004, Friends follows as a global cultural phenomenon. With 10 seasons and 236 episodes, the series continues to win new fans and keep its place among the most watched productions on the production streaming platforms.
