The comedy “Ferias!”, written by Jô Bilac, brings Drica Moraes and Fabio Assumption as protagonists of a story that explores the challenges and surprises of mature love. Directed by Enrique Diaz and Débora Lamm, the show made its national debut in São Paulo and now continues on tour of the main capitals of the country.
Ordered by Drica Moraes to the playwright Jo Bilac, the play celebrates the actress's 40-year career and marks her return to the stage after a six-year hiatus. The plot follows H and M, a couple together for 25 years, who wins his children a cruise through the Caribbean to celebrate the silver wedding. What should be a quiet journey turns into an unexpected adventure when freedom on board rekindles the flame of desire – and ends up leading them to an unusual situation.
After being caught by the ship's security cameras in moments of intimacy, the couple are invited to land on a beach in Colombia, where they are forced to share an apartment with backpackers who make a living with sensual content on the internet. Coexistence with provocative young people – also interpreted by Drica and Fabio – challenges protagonists to revisit their own relationship and face the shock of generations.
