FBC in the Flying Circus

The rapper FBC rises to the stage of the Flying Circus, on Lapa, on Friday, July 10th, to perform live the album Drums, Cafezais, Fuzis, Guaranas and Other Brazilianities. The show marks the debut of the new work before the public and will have the opening of rapper MC Taya. The gates will be opened at 8:00.

The new disc proposes a reading of Brazil from four central elements: the drums, as a symbol of collective mobilization and ancestral heritage; the coffee plantations, which refer to the economic formation of the country and the brands of exploitation; the rifles, associated with structural violence; and the guaraná, representing the culture of popular consumption. From this concept, FBC builds a repertoire that addresses social and historical issues through 13 new tracks.

Musically, the album broadens the dialogue between rap and other influences, incorporating elements of rock and hardcore without abandoning the identity that consolidated the artist as one of the prominent names of the national scene. The presentation at the Flying Circus should also have a special surprise participation.
