The Casa Museu Eva Klabin opens on 31 January the exhibition “Inhabited beauty: Eva Klabin, fashion and memories”, which opens the calendar of 2026 of the institution. The exhibition presents, for the first time in Brazil, pieces of the personal collection of the collector, such as clothes, accessories, documents and objects that dialogue with the permanent collection of the house.
Among the highlights are the creations of Christian Dior, Coco Chanel, Jean Patou, Pierre Cardin and Salvatore Ferragamo, in addition to the work of the fashion designer Zulnie David, responsible for much of Eva's wardrobe. The exhibition proposes a reading of fashion as artistic language, integrated with memory, collectivism and the way of life of the collector. The exhibition brings together more than 130 fashion items and accessories, as well as photographs and historical documents, occupying the environments of the museum house.
