Rio de Janeiro again receives the Duetos play, which opens season at the Riachuelo Theatre on March 27. With the interpretation of Eduardo Moscovis and Patrycia Travassos, the assembly addresses with humor the challenges and contradictions of modern relationships.
The narrative unfolds from four different stories, in which a man and a woman interact in different contexts, not always as couples, exposing desires, traumas and the search for love amid loneliness.
With the text of the British playwright Peter Quilter and director of Ernesto Piccolo, Duets was nominated for the Prio de Humor Award in the special category of costume, signed by Claudio Tovar. The production also received the label "The Theatre Represents Me", with four nominations from critic Gilberto Bartholo, including "Best Comedy", "Direction", "Atress" and "Figurino".
