The Tiradentes Palace, the historic headquarters of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Allerj), holds on October 10 a special edition of the theatrical visit “Palace of Dreams”, in celebration of Children's Day. The free event will feature hourly sessions from 10am to 4pm, and promises a playful and educational experience for the public of all ages.
During the course, seven characters — among heroes, princesses, princes and storytellers — will guide visitors through some of the most emblematic spaces of the centennial building, which is 100 years old in 2026. The itinerary includes passages through the steps of Rua First of March, the Saguão Getúlio Vargas, the Salão Nobre, the Sala do Café, the Library Dona Maria Portugal Duque Costa, the Plenário Barbosa Lima Sobrinho and corridors that preserve the political memory of the State.
With an approximate duration of 40 minutes, the visit proposes a theatrical immersion that combines history and fantasy. The expectation is to receive residents from different regions of Rio, as well as tourists and school groups.
ServiceTimetable: 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00.
