Season 14 DragStar advances with the group phase of the competition on August 12, at the Rival Petrobras Theatre, in Cinelândia. Recognized for revealing talent from the Rio drag scene, the contest brings together artists in a new stage of the crown dispute, combining performances, teamwork and evaluation of prominent names of the drag universe.
In this phase, participants present themselves in groups, putting into practice challenges that value creativity, harmony and collective construction of spectacle. In addition to the presentations, competitors receive guidance from bridesmaids who accompany their development throughout the competition.
Among the coaches are veterans Andreia Andrews, Ravena Creole and Samara Rios, along with two representatives of Drag Race Brazil: Organzza, winner of the first season of the program, and Miranda Lebrão, finalist of the inaugural edition and first Brazilian to participate in RuPaul's Drag Race Global All Stars. In addition to directing the candidates, they also go on stage with special performances for the audience.
