The Rival Petrobras Theatre will be the stage of the final contest of the 12th season of DragStar – All Stars 2, a contest that was consolidated as one of the most traditional and celebrated drag scene in Rio. The event takes place on Wednesday (10), at 20h. The season brought together 20 drags that have already passed the contest, called for a new cycle of challenges, with formats and dynamics repaginated. After an edition marked by high-level performances, the audience will finally meet the winning queen who will be crowned on the historic stage of the house.
The final is commanded by Miami Pink performer, a figure known for his sharp humor and charisma, who has been leading the contest for years. In the jury, popular names of the scene drag fluminense: the artists and influencers Karoline Absinthe and Samara Rios, remembered by their comics; Ravena Creole, known for her affectionate relationship with the public; Andreia Andrews, a reference in the city’s clubs with her iconic moments of “hair beating”; and Organzza — winner of the first edition of All Stars and also the first champion of the Drag Race Brasil franchise, created by RuPaul, made her one of the most recognized faces of the drag movement in the country.
