The musical wealth and inspirational history of Djavan arrive on stage with “Djavan, the musical: Lives to Tell”, a spectacle that celebrates the life and work of one of the most acclaimed artists of Brazilian music. Idealized by Gustavo Nunes, with artistic direction by João Fonseca and authored by Patrícia Andrade and Rodrigo França, the musical has premiered for June 5, at the Multiplan Theatre. With approximately 2 hours in duration, the assembly dives into Djavan's trajectory, from the humble origins in Maceió to consecration as one of the great names of MPB, bringing to the public not only the most striking songs, but also the challenges and overcomings that shaped his journey.
