Deva Premal & Miten in Vivo Rio

The duo Deva Premal & Miten returns to Brazil after more than a decade with a tour that proposes a musical experience focused on spirituality and inner connection. In Rio, the presentation takes place on April 26, in Vivo Rio, beginning at 7:30 p.m. and opening of the gates at 6 p.m.

Recognized internationally on the New Age music scene, Deva Premal and Miten accumulate more than 2 million sold albums and millions of listeners around the world. Indicated to Grammy for Best New Age Album in 2020, artists are known to turn their concerts into meditative meetings, in which the audience is invited to sing, breathe and experience silence as part of the experience.

The repertoire brings together traditional mantras and copyright compositions, including tracks from the album DEVA, nominated for Grammy, as well as classics such as “Gayatri Mantra” and “Om Mani Padme Hum”. On stage, the duo is accompanied by musicians Joby Baker and Lady Phyl, who reinforce the sound atmosphere with instruments, vocals and percussive elements.
