The last pre-carnavalesque trial of the Boitata Cord will be beyond special. The block receives four guests on the night of next Monday, February 17, at the Flying Circus, at Lapa.
The guest attractions are none other than singers Teresa Cristina, Roberta Sá and Juliana Linhares, and DJ Zé do Roque. The house gates have been open since 7:00.
Founded in 1996, the Cordão do Boitatá was created by students and musicians and traditionally performs two performances: the procession, on Sunday pre-carnaval, travels the streets of the historical center; and on Sunday of carnaval, the party takes place on a stage set in Largo do Paço. The band attracts thousands of lovers to jump carnaval, with drums and wind orchestra in performances that can last seven hours.
