Timetable: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Locations: Beach of Copacabana: (in front of the Hilton Hotel - on Princess Isabel street), Post Six (in front of the Fairmont Hotel), and opposite the street Constante Ramos, posto 4 (Football Group in the Grace of God);
- Beach of Ipanema: (Barraca do Pelé, in front of Garcia D'Avila) – where we will begin the event with a practice of mindfulness and guided breathing, with BeComing; and in the Stone of the Arpoador with the Boot to Spin;
- Beach of Barra da Tijuca: in front of the Barraca do Pepé; in front of the Windsor Barra Hotel; and Kiosk of Baiano’s, in the CT of Marcelo Pedro;
- Recreio dos Bandeirantes Beach - Meeting at Tim Maia Square, with the BodyBoarding Fairies;
- Macumba Beach: in Kiosk Rico Point with Just Be Aloha and Restinga Viva;
- Grumari Beach: in the XUXA Kiosk;
- Parque Recanto do Trovador: with the municipal day care center Solange Maria Magalhães;
- Charitas Beach (Niterói): the meeting will be at 8 am, at the Point of Remador / Kiosque 19, with the Hawaiian canoe clubs;
- Black Beach: in Ilha Grande, with CEADS-UERJ;
- Praia de Dois Rios: in Ilha Grande, with CEADS-UERJ.
