One of the most emblematic addresses of samba in Rio, the Beco do Rato prepares an intense week of folia before and during the Carnaval. Recognized for preserving the essence of samba wheels and gathering great names of Brazilian music, the space promotes special programming from February 12 to 18, with a lot of music, closeness between artists and audience and full house night after night.
On the 13th, the highlight is the Arruda Ball, which brings to the stage a dancing repertoire, with samba classics and copyright compositions, on a night of festive and participatory climate.
