The exhibition "Bori: A gift to the Ori", will be held at the House of Purpose, in the Gamboa, between 13 and 15 June 2025, is an artistic crossing that celebrates the encounter between the being and its spiritual essence.
The exhibition "Bori: A gift to the Ori", will be held at the House of Purpose, in the Gamboa, between 13 and 15 June 2025, is an artistic crossing that celebrates the encounter between the being and its spiritual essence.
Inspired by the sacred ritual of offering to the Ori - performed by the candomblé grounds and by some houses of Umbanda - the Bori is a sacred ritual of feeding the head (Ori), where the holy food and offerings are offered to one of the most sacred parts of our bodies.
The exhibition invites us to reconnect with this unique moment of surrender and communion with the Orixás.
