Arraia da Alegria, with Maroto and Marvvila Smile, in the Progress Foundry

The Funding Progress will be the scene of another edition of Arraiá da Alegria on July 24, gathering music, June traditions and great names of samba and pagoda. The evening will have full shows by the group Smile Maroto and the singer Marvvila, as well as typical food and games characteristic of the celebrations.

With almost three decades of career, Maroto Smile consolidated as one of the main representatives of the pagoda in the country. Formed in 1997, in the neighborhood of Grajaú, in the North Zone of Rio, the group accumulates successes on digital radios and platforms, as well as important certifications along the trajectory. In 2026, the band continues celebrating its history with the tour “Smile I Like in Pagoda”, reinforcing the connection with the public and marking the 29 years of road.

Responsible for the opening of the night, Marvvila takes to the stage her contemporary pagoda, marked by her own identity and strong vocal presence. Revealed nationally after participating in The Voice Brasil, the carioca artist has been gaining prominence in the music scene, with collaborations alongside names such as Belo, Pericles and Ferrugem. In the curriculum, it also adds presentations at major festivals such as the Rock in Rio and The Town.
