In addition to the Center store, there is a unit at Tijuca in the North Zone, called DarkCoffee Express, for its 60m2 format and leaner space.
One of the highlights of the brand is that all products are made with 100% arabica coffee from partner farms, which ensures unique flavor by sensory characteristics, textures and notes. The brand also innovates by bringing hotel technology to the kitchen: instead of piped gas, the dishes are prepared by combining sous vide (coction method in which the food is placed in a vacuum sealed plastic bag at low temperature for a longer time than traditional) and electric ovens (panification, acceleration and combined), thus eliminating any type of frying by immersion in the kitchen.
Among the chief cars are the classic traditional Espresso, Espresso with Sicilian lemon, Espresso with shaving, Arabic with spices; Pump with condensed milk; and Au Lait (spresso with milk).
