Zazá Bistrô

On the corner of the streets Joana Angélica and Prudente de Morais, in Ipanema, is the charming Zazá Bistro. The space combines tropical climate aromas and flavors with inspirations from all over the world. The cosy and personality-filled environment aims at a healthy diet with organic products. Chef Rodrigo Tristão signs the menu of creations such as shrimp vatapa with mango, grilled filet mahogan with toasted shimeji and rustic apple pie with almond ice cream.
