Victoria
A gastronomic center that brings together three types of cuisine in a privileged space of the Gávea, within the social headquarters of the Jockey Club.
In the menu of the house, highlight the grilled tuna with orange sauce, shimeji, zucchini wires and ginger chips; and for the shrimp gratined to brie to tomato sauce and fresh mushroom risotto. In addition to the fish, options for all tastes, such as the chicken Pailard with apple mashed, curry light sauce, almonds and mix of temperate leaves; the mignon Pailard with gnocchi, gorgonzola, nuts and basil; and the spaghetti with shrimp, zucchini, cherry tomato, herbal butter, lemon and crispy garlic. Finally, desserts such as Banana Victoria, caramelized banana slides on English cream and cream ice cream sprinkled with cinnamon; and Brownie Black and White – stuffed with cream ice cream and hot chocolate syrup.
The complex also includes pizza and Japanese cuisine. Ready side by side, all are surrounded by balconies facing one of the most beautiful views of the city. From Friday to Monday, there are horse races and the environment, which has 460 places, is even more beautiful with the runway lit by spotlights.
The view is too attractive.
The architecture of Luis Eduardo Indio da Costa with interior design of Ana Maria Indio da Costa united charm and practicality. Sophisticated and at the same time stripped, the project privileges the three wooden-floored staves, which open for the lighting coming from the track place. Lounges spread across the balcony give the space a warm atmosphere. Glass walls divide the environments and at the same time provide amplitude.
