The Bife
It’s not a steak house, neither an ordinary butcher shop, but a hybrid of both with a gourmet touch to it. The meat boutique The Bife, opened recently at the popular Parque das Rosas, in Barra, has conquered people’s taste buds around the city right from the beginning.
Don’t expect to find anything less than the best imported meat cuts on the fridges that flank the place run by the gaucho Rossano Mendonça. If you don’t want to take your meat home, The Bife has a parrilla and a char broiler ready at the tasting space, offering the customers a delicious cuts, at the perfect doneness. Side dishes like farofa, vinaigrette, and canoe potatoes are sold separately. For pairing, there are 30 special beer label and a wine list of selected wines.
