Sushi Leblon
The house has been on Rua Dias Ferreira for three decades and has been a champion in the Japanese/Oriental category of the country's main gastronomy awards.
Opened in 1986 by the sportsman Pepê – a lover of Japanese culture – Sushi Leblon is the mainstay of product quality and creativity in its menu. Among the requests that surprise by the originality, the special sushi duos, which bring together Eastern and Western ingredients, such as quail egg with truffled olive oil and white stubble or white fish ussuzukuris or small pepper, make the most success. In addition, tuna tartar with red egg yolk and black eggs is another dish that stands out.
