The house, which promises to surprise cariocas with a menu signed by the chef and also partner, Carlos Ohata, considered an icon when it comes to Japanese cuisine. The menu features recipes made with fresh ingredients and selected by the chef, who prioritizes Japan's classic cuisine, such as tempura, empanado with crispy and crispy pasta, following the original way of preparation. For those who wish to share, the combined are ideals. They are served in combos of 15, 26 and 40 pieces with various types of sushi and sashimis. The house also offers a letter of Japanese sakes, with 10 different options, all hand-picked by Ohata. The architectural project was signed by renowned architect Bel Lobo.
