A Japanese restaurant that allows the customer to live a real Japanese experience
Opened in 2017, at Leblon, San completed 4 years of activities, always on the way to innovation.
The space underwent a complete renovation in June 2021, increasing its capacity and gaining an intimate architecture, providing a true Japanese experience.
The menu, recently reworked, has special and copyrighted recipes signed by chef Dimode Kim, mixing tradition with a touch of modernity.
In addition to cooking, Sam also offers special drinks, signed by Anderson Santos, one of the best bartenders in Rio. The customer can try, for example, drinks with Japanese inputs, such as the tasty Jim Beam Mango.
In October 2021, San was elected Best Jap in Rio de Janeiro for the Veja Rio Eat & Beber Award. It's worth the experience!
